Initiate Your Request
Log into your Chanak account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange and receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the unworn garments in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, removing any previous delivery barcodes.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival at our warehouse.
